Description: Custom Flags are produced using 200 Denier Nylon using high quality inks to produce the best looking large custom flags.

Construction: Single Side Reverse is where the ink penetrates through the fabric to create a mirror image on the back side of the flag, text will read backwards on the back side of the flag. The bleed through to the back side of the flag ranges depending on the colors used, darker colors tend to penetrate better than lighter colors.

Finish: Heavy Duty Heading with D-Rings

Sizes: 12’x18′, 15’x25′, 20’x30′, 20’x38′, 25’x40′, 30’x50′, 30’x60’….need a special size, please call or complete quote request.

Large Custom Flag Requirements:

  • All design files must be vector format
  • All lettering within the file must be converted to outlines to avoid unwanted font substitution
  • Acceptable art files types include: .ai, .plt, .pdf, and most .eps files
  • Raster (photo) files accepted but must be a minimum of 150 dpi at actual print size
  • Full time graphic artists on staff to help design your project

    Custom Flutter Flags

    Custom Applique’ Flags

     

    Pricing: Pricing for applique flags vary depending on the complexity of the custom design

    Production Time-Frame: Approximately 4 weeks.
    RUSH service not available for appliqued flags

    Description: Our custom applique flags and banners are hand sewn on 200 Denier Nylon material. This flag is made with intricate detail, individually assembled and hand stitched by our expert sewing crew through the layering of fabric on fabric. This is the oldest method of custom flag and banner manufacturing.

    Construction: Single Sided  is where the sewing is on the front and the back is blank. This is a good option when the flag or banner will be hanging on the wall. Single Side Reverse is where the image or text is sewn on the back of the applique flag or banner creating a mirror image on the back side. Text will read backwards on the back side of the flag or banner. Double Sided is two identical applique’ flags sewn together, back-to-back, with a block-out liner in the middle. The flag will read correctly on either side of the flag.

    Finish: Header & Grommets, Pole Sleeve for indoor parade/presentation flag set, Closed Top Pole Sleeve, Hemmed all four sides.

    Size: The most popular size custom applique’ flag is 3’x5′ but we make flags of ALL sizes.
