Please notify Custom Flag Company in the event of a shipping error, shortage or product that is damaged within 48 hours of delivery. Errors, shortages or product that is damaged cannot be returned for credit after two weeks of receipt.
Stock items that are returned within 14 days of delivery will be refunded in full MINUS shipping charges. Stock Items returned after 14 days will be subject to 15% restocking fee. Special orders or non-stock items are not returnable. See notes below for clarification. All shipping, handling and freight charges are non-refundable.
State and International flags that you have paid extra to add a pole hem and/or fringe are NON-REFUNDABLE
Flag bunting is NON RETURNABLE, NON REFUNDABLE, AND NON EXCHANGEABLE
Mounted Flags On A Stick
United States, State, International, Military and Historical Stick flags are non-refundable.
Attention Flags, Striped, Pennants, Burgees, Banners And Spinnakers
Striped Attention Flags, Pennants, Burgees, Banners Spinnakers are made to order and are non returnable unless damaged. If the item is damaged notification must be sent within 48 hours of receipt.
Solid Color Flags
Solid Color Flags are non returnable in sizes 4′ x 6′ and larger unless damaged. If the item is damaged notification must be sent within 48 hours of receipt.
Custom orders, such as flags, banners and table coverings are non-refundable. Altered flags are non-returnable.
Special orders are non-refundable. This includes custom items, embroidered, headers, fly end corners, engraving plates, flags that you paid extra to add a pole hem and/or fringe to, and any international or state flags over 5ft x 8ft. Larger flags are not a stock item, they are made to order.
In Ground Flagpoles are non-returnable. Poles shipped via Freight must be inspected by the receiver before you sign the delivery acceptance form. Once you sign for the flagpole you are accepting responsibility of delivery. However, if you notice something is missing or damaged upon receiving, before a signature is given you should refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Some color fading due to exposure to the sun is natural, does not affect the usability of the flag, and is not a warranty issue. Tears and fraying resulting from high winds and other weather conditions, as well as torn flags and normal wear are not covered under warranty. Washing or defacing any item purchased automatically constitutes as non-returnable.
