How to Reorder a Custom Flag

Has your current custom flag started to fade or fray? It might be time to order a new one. It’s easy to put it off, but we are here to make reordering a new flag easy. Here is how to reorder a custom flag.

Step One – Email Sales Rep

The easiest way to reorder your custom flag is by emailing the sales rep you worked with last time. They will have all the information they need to reorder your flag.  They will confirm the shipping address and confirm the size and quantity of your order. If you don’t remember who your sales rep was, no problem! You can email admin@customflagcompany, fill out a quote request, or give us a call and we can look up your account. We keep everything on file. Be sure to mention that this is a reorder, it will save you a few steps!  

Step Two – Approve & Pay Invoice

We always send a final print proof before releasing it to production. Once the proof is from production, we will send it to you. It is important that you double-check that the artwork and colors are correct. Be sure to also check the size, quantity and the shipping address. We want to confirm you are getting exactly what you want! If all looks correct, you can reply to the email APPROVED. You will receive the invoice along with the final proof. Payment is due at proof approval. We will not release your flag to production until the final proof is paid. 

Step Three – Receive the Flags

Once the print proof is approved and the invoice paid, it takes about two weeks for delivery. Once you receive your flags, you can raise up your fresh flags.
